|My day as a mentor for the Guardian Girls Going Places Conference.

Well, today I had the pleasure of once again serving as a mentor for the Guardian Girls Going Places conference held here in Pittsburgh at Chatham University. I actually won the $5000, 2nd place prize in the Girls Going Places national competition back in 2008. The conference brings teenage girls from all over the city together to teach them about what it takes to run a business. It is always so much fun for me to interact with the girls at this conference as well as the other women business owners who serve as mentors. So worth missing a day of school for!
